The entire staff at Rock Honda, especially Gary Hidalgo, gave me the absolute best customer service I have ever had in my entire life. They took the stresses and unplanned expensives of owning a car and made the experience bearable and worthwhile. Gary did a tremendous job at advising me of what I needed for my vehicle and did so without pressing to make a sale and being reasonable with me with what I consider an expensive amount of work. I do not feel I overpaid for the work I had done only that it's expensive when it's unexpected. Rock Honda is well ahead of the game in terms of technology and it's ability to simplify the technologically for someone who does not work know it. Rock Honda also provided me with superior service from the time I dropped my vehicle off and returned the next day and drove away with my vehicle. The best way for me to describe the quality of service that I received is that it was quite simply the best customer service experience I have ever had in my entire life. Thank you.

We came to rock Honda via riverside Honda we have bought numerous hondas through riverside Honda. We received a recall for airbag bag work when we called to schedule with riverside Honda couldn't believe my ears when one of there reps asked if we wouldn't mind taking our recall to a different Honda so from now on I will have our hondas worked on at rock rock Honda we ended up getting brakes , fuel inject,boot work and already plan on doing more work at rock Honda shadow jamili was very friendly and very helpful
