Andy Flores is always my go-to service advisor. He rocks it! Always very professional, quick on his feet, a great communicator, kind, has the customer's best interest at his heart, is very knowledgeable and makes sure the customer is completely satisfied and gets everything done that needs to and more. Excellent customer service. Why I always trust him with my Honda service needs for many years now. Thankful for him. There was a blonde woman in the cashier department where you pay after the service is done and she had such a great attitude, was very professional and helpful also.
