My appt time was supposed to be at 11am. Upon arrival I was told that the person who was supposed to do my tint was going to be 30-45 mins later because he didn't know he had an appt today. I drove from LA to Fontana to get that done in addition to having the anti-theft security installed. Man told me he wasn't able to do it because I didn't have an appt. It doesn't end there, I mentioned to him about my USB port not properly working. He said Honda in Alhambra can fix that for me. All in all, I was pretty dissatisfied with the customer service. I thought I was going to leave the dealer with the issues being fixed, but unfortunately I was wrong.
