Thanks to Andy and Rock Hondas service it renewed my trust in handling my vehicle with the dealership (Rock Honda) only. Last time I went to a dealership for service (Culver City Honda) the technian broke my key and totally denied it. The service consultant wanted to charge me an additional 490 dollars for a new key after I just got through paying 600 for my service.

I received a $40. coupon in the mail and Arif told me that Honda would certainly honor it. When we went to pay Arif then told me I couldn't use my coupon and to come back again some other time when I want more work done on my car and that Honda would then honor it next time. This was the reason I brought my car in the 1st place, it was to use my coupon. I think this is bad business because he did not keep his word regarding my coupon. Not sure if I'll ever come back.
