The gentleman who attended me was friendly, however, at one point he called my name across the lobby area and waved me over to him. Typically the person who is taking care of you comes to you, and it was strange to be waved over to his desk. Small details matter, and I noticed other employees walking up to their customer. Additionally, he didn't explain that there was a special on the tires until I was about to pay. Telling me about this up front would've made it more likely for me to buy the tires then and there. The price change was significant ($100+) however I had already made plans to go to another place by the time he extended the offer. Most upsetting though was getting home and finding a coupon for the same service I got the same day. Perhaps all of this was just a coincidence of bad luck, but it makes consider looking elsewhere to service my car. I've had great service and fair prices from Rock Honda since I bought my car there, but the overall experience definitely fell short this time.
