Showed up the dealer ship at 4:10 pm told both the clerk and the advisor that I had an appointment at 4:15 pm both wrote it down on paper. My car wasn't put on the lift until 6pm while other people showed up with later appointments and where able to leave just 30 minutes after arriving because they where able to talk to other advisors that they know on personal level. I was very frustrated with the 20 car wash. It was done very rapidly with no attention to detail. The windows were cleaned with a greasy rag and the rear window was not cleaned. The paint still had bird poop and the little rust marks. I asked for the car wash to be comped prior to receiving the car because your computer falsely alerted us, causing us to drive all the way across town, when the car needed 1.5 hours still. I tried to correspond with your staff and I was ignored.

After my vehicle was serviced about 3 weeks ago my car washed was returned to me without the VIP carwash being completed. A few days after service my headlight went out. Now i made an appointment the following week I missed the appointment and when I went back the other day it didn't get completed because I went through a very long process of trying to be sold a car that was overpriced.
