Rock Honda has been my place of choice to purchase cars and services my vehicles. I drive from Victorville all the way to Fontana not for the service abs impecable customs service I've received throughout the years. I've had many service people help me out in the last 20 years, all have taken great care of me when it has come to cost. Today I had a new service person, Soemy Sanchez, not only was she rude, had a terrible attitude but increased the price of my oil change. When I respectfully shared that her charge of 65 was not my normal cost, she decided to lie and tell me that the 65 had been the price for two years now. Clearly, she thinks Rock Honda customers are stupid, as I was just there for Mother's Day and was honored a lower rate in my oil change. No manager came out to speak to me, Soemy didn't even share what else my car needed done besides the oil change. She had a nasty attitude while walking me to the cashier and I still ended up paying more than my normal 49 dollar oil change. It's obvious that the manager on site condones such service as he/she didn't bother even speaking to me. This is by far the worst experience I've had in the last 20 years I've been with Rock Honda. When i got my car back the air conditioner eas at full blast and everything was moved around . I also though we would recieve a wash and we did not

Every one is very polite and professional.

I've been there a couple of times and I never met someone as ethuastic as Andy Flores. He was so nice and made sure to get out car done as soon as possibel. Rock Honda did a great job hiring him, I'm definitely going to make sure that he helps me whenever I go.
