I was not attended on time, my car was not washed right my windows still had hand marks from the inside, i waited 3 customers before me like 45 minutes my advisor did not even know i was there even though he was the one who called me to tell me my car was ready, and when my car arrived i waited for another 5 minutes for someone to give me my keys so i can leave and to top it off my advisor did not go over if there was a problem with my car just handed me the paper work and on the paper work had red flags, so how am i suppose to know what to do i was very upset i did not stay to wait any longer so i just left.
