Mauricio was very attentive and professional. He covered all the basis. However, I didn't understand how the wrong windshield was ordered. K was also annoyed with not receiving updates until the car was was actually ready. I had to call and check on my car daily. And when I picked up my car the change oil light WAS on and it said
15%. Now I'll be traveling back this weekend again for an oil change!!! Couldn't that have been mentioned and done while you had the car. A large part of my mileage has been spent on visits to your dealership.
I've spent a ridiculous amount of time there for a new car!!!
I've dealt with a lot since my car wouldn't start on the 1st and 4th days of school.
The only saving point was when Yvonne started helping.
I am not thrilled with my experience. However, I am glad I have a safer windshield now. But will be waiting for something else
Not work. Also, this was the first time I've been asked to do a survey!!!
