No problem what so ever with the person that helped me she did a great job and was very nice , my problem is i was charged extra for synthetic which I never am and I thought you guys would honor that but you didn't . I also had a recall on my battery and was told it couldn't be looked at or fixed that day I would expect for that to be a priority considering the fact that the problem with the car is very dangerous , and I know for a fact my tires were not rotated because I marked them and I usually get a video from you guys and this time I didn't .
