This is the 2nd time I take it for the same reason an alignment and it continues to be the same they said that the tires were uneven but why did didn't say anything last time so what's going on??

The estimated time for my service was grossly underestimated by rep twice. A service that should have taken one hour at the most took over two hours. If I had been told a more realistic time I could've taken the shuttle home until the vehicle was ready or decided to come back another day. The rep did offer me a free oil change, tire rotation, & VIP wash for the inconvenience which I do appreciate. I would've appreciated a better estimation which would've allowed me to determine a better way to proceed.

I had an 11 am appointment for an oil change I was 15 minutes early and they took me in right away.The gentleman helping me upsold me to rotate my tire. He told me it would take about an hour or an hour and a half. Almost 2 hours later I go to see if my car is ready the gentleman handed me off to someone else who told me my car was ready to go. If I would not have gone up how much longer would I have waited? I feel if I set an appointment I should be put in the front of the line not have to wait 2 hours for something that takes 15 minutes to complete. Also you had my number because you thanked me for coming in but not that my car was ready even though I was waiting inside.
