Andy was okay; my complaint is the process to collect my payment Andy was assisting another customer; however I was waiting for over 15 minutes to pay finally the receptionist reached out to help me and took me to the cashier. Had to wait another 10 mins because they did not know how much to collect for the Sunbit financing. Please know the only reason I had car serviced at Rock Honda is due to Manager comped me with 2 free oil changes due to previous lousy service. You may lose a customer if you do not improve your customer service

My car was not completed. I was told I should find the window sticker that was on my car when I bought it a year ago to determine what was on my car when I bought it. Because Honda says I do not have XM Radio, however I have been listening and paying for a subscription since I have owned the car.
