The service advisor was not knowledgeable regarding the service bulletin for excessive oil use for Honda pilots. I had to explain it to him. The service invoice showed that my cars oil was replaced with sunthetic oil. I have never used synthetic oil. They told me that the technician put in the wrong code for the oil. Nobody volunteered to check the oil in my car to see if it was synthetic or regular. The tires were overinflated. 37 psi versus the prescribed 32?psi Not happy with today's service.
