My service with Gary Hidalgo was very satisfying. It's what wasn't done that I am not satisfied. The service tech who serviced my vehicle didn't rotate the tires. Told I needed two new tires up front. The rear we're good but price for 4 tires was $729. So this tells me the last couple times I've being in for service my wheels weren't rotated. You know vehicle is only 14 months old and I aready nerd tires with over 24000 miles. I've also always asked for alignment when I get CR-V in for service.

When my car was ready it was sitting in the front for a good 20 minutes or more. My service helper was just sitting at his desk talking to multiple co workers while my car was sitting in the front with about 4 cars behind mine. I can notice other customers growing inpatient as they noticed all the cars piling up behind mine and they started getting up and asking about their vehicles. Finally when my vehicle was "ready" his way of getting me was by yelling my name out loud and never leaving his desk. I noticed other service members would walk to their customers and personally tell them that their vehicle is ready. Not yell across the room. By the time I walked up to his desk I didn't want anything to do with the guy I didn't say a word to him I just got my paperwork and paid. Not happy sorry.
