Post I just posted on Google: Horrible customer service and deceptive advertising policies. When I called to make an appointment, I specifically asked about using a coupon for an advertised service price. I was very detailed with my requests and they were agreed to on the phone. Not only did they then do the wrong service, but, when I asked them to do the correct service, they blamed me and wanted to charge me a way higher price. When I pointed out their “bait and switch” and false advertising, they still would not honor their advertised price. Two years ago, they pulled similar crap. I am done with them and their deceptive practices. This time they added insult to injury by talking about me and trying to disparage me behind my back to my husband. Buyer beware! (And save money and trouble by going somewhere else!).” This was the WORST vehicle service I have ever experienced in my life.
