The car itself looked very nice after everything. Only thing was shuttle service took longer then expected. Besides that very nice job

We were told that our oil change would be $99.00 of which included tire rotation. We were told that it would be the same as last.
After getting home and looking at our $375+ bill...we noticed we were charged $137 for the oil change??? Why???
We need 2 more maintenance services that we were promised a set price.
Are we going to be overcharged for those services as well?
Probably will take our vehicle to Valley-Hi Honda.
Do not appreciate being told one thing only to find out later we were mislead and overcharged!!!

Shuttle service is TERRIBLE. Waited 40 minutes for the shuttle to show up. Shuttle driver left again with 2 people who came AFTER me and asked one of the girls working in the service department to take me to work. I was late getting to my job that is 10 minutes from the dealership. If someone else was going to take me and drop me off, why didn’t they take me earlier rather than make me sit in the lobby for 40 minutes?
