I defitely give him a 10. He was so polite and I felt my concerns were important to address in your service department. Your parts and service director was so careful in directing my oil smelling like strong gas scent. I know this is going to show Honda Corp. that they need to look into this immediately. I don’t want to read about someone’s car exploding from this problem. I am adamant this will be an issue with consumers. Thank you all!
