Iris was amazing. I am going thru a tough time personally and was even short with her and the idea that I have to get my car repaired. She was kind, patient,and very professional. Because of her I will be bringing my vehicle back here for future repairs.

I had the driver door lock cylinder replaced. When my wife got the odyssey back, the key was already in the ignition. She took it home and did not use the van until I can't home ay 6pm to check it out. I noticed that it was difficult to stick the key in the ignition. It to me at least 15 minutes before I got it to go in to the ignition and start the van because I was also careful not to damage the cylinder tumblers. We NEVER experienced this prior to the for lock cylinder repair; not even a glitch. We went there to have the for lock fixed and ended up having a problem with the ignition. Please help is with this.
