No rental or loaner was provided upon taking car to service desk. We got shuttled to hertz waited there for 3 hours and had to pay for rental out of my own pocket I had both my kids it was Terri able. When I called for status over the phone it took 17 min on hold to get someone and hold again for 8 min to get to advisor. I only got one thing fixed even though there was 2 problem with my car. I declined them looking at it because just to replace a tendinitis it took 2 days plus the rental I paid for. I wasn’t told if I would get my refund for the car. Hertz didn’t get any paperwork prior to rental or after. Honestly it was a nightmare
