Rubino Salinas has been my service advisor for years at Rock Honda. I have purchased several Honda's in the past 15 years and I use to take my car to be serviced at Penske Honda. But after my first visit to Rock Honda, I have always remained there because of Rufino Salinas. His customer service far exceeds the expectations. I literally bring my car to Rock Honda because of him. If you ever get rid of him you will probably lose me as a customer.Im very serious. I LOVE HONDA..The quality of service he provides and the personal customer relations cannot be matched. He is very thorough in explaining details of your car and always goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are satisfied. He IS honest, loyal, extremely polite and treats everyone with dignity and respect. I want to personally thank Rock Honda for having in my opinion an excellent model employee. As long as Rufinon Salinas works for Rock Honda, you always have me as a loyal customer!!!! Thank you and keep up the good work!

Communication was horrible. Job still not completed even after having it for 5 days. Have to take my car back tomorrow morning to have it corrected. A part left out and not sure where it goes. Tire locks not put back in proper place.
Not sure I’ll be back to rock Honda for any service or repairs on my Pilot.
Called back to complain and feel like no one seems to care. Kind of like an “oh well attitude”
Spoke to a young woman today and she was helpful. (Surprising)
I did mention to her that I was appreciative of the rental from hertz. Which Honda covered. Still dissatisfied over all experience.
