Service Advisor Eduardo Flores greeted me right away when I pulled up and got me all checked in. He had a great attitude, professionalism and I got all the service accomplished that I came in for b/c of him and all the technicians that worked (behind the scene) on my car. I am completely and highly satisfied. Service Advisor Andy Flores was also tremendously helpful (including communicating w/me throughout the process/service visit), and he always is every-time I come in. This type of excellent customer service I receive from all the staff is why I always come back. I was able to make a tight time-commitment I had afterwards b/c of their efficiency and thoroughness.
