Andy was awesome helped me out above and beyond very helpful and knowledgeable made I was happy with my service before I left explained to me everything that had and needed to be performed super cool guy I would definitely go go back and do business with Rick Honda again because of him.thay guy dearves a raise.

The duplicate key worked on the first try but when we tried it again at home it did not work anymore as much as the old key.
We brought the van to be serviced and make it usable for me and my family. Instead we ended up with more problems. If any of your techs damaged the ignition, I don't think they'd confess. The fact is we never had a problem with the ignition, EVER! But coincidentally, it just suddenly malfunctions after you serviced the door lock. It just does not add up. The fact is that the ignition was fine when we to the van there. Then the problem happens after we got it from you.
We're not trying to pull a fast one on you of that's what you're thinking. We're not going to make a fortune if you have this fixed. I think it's just is getting the service we paid for. So how can we make this right?
