Car service seem to have taken a very long time (arrived and about 330/340pm and left around 610/615pm). Also when my car was finished I did not have much time to do a walk around at Rock Honda but as soon as I got home (parked in the sun) I noticed several smears. Whoever wiped my car down did a horrible job. The side windows had smears and body of my car had smears. Maybe your facility need more lighting, I’m not sure. But for as long as it took to finish my car I expected the quality to be a bit better.

Eduardo Flores was very polite, but according to my paperwork customer requests to perform brake fluid exchange service is correct, what Mr. Flores did not tell me is that the factory and the dealer recommends every 3 years to perform the break and fluid exchange service. I'm 7 months short of having it 3 years, I would've appreciated that piece of information. Had he told me that I would've waited untill the next maintenance scudual. I do expect full and complete information when I come in. Thank you

All work was done. All ok with that. When we got 5he car back it was covered with dirt. When my daughter got home the car was filthy. I've been a long time customer there. I was shocked.
