Kevin is very efficient and cares about his clients. I brought one car and and after Kevin honores the last price I had paid for an oil change of $10 off I decided to bring in my second car which also needed an oil change. I was in by 7 am and out by 9 am for both cars. Excellent service from the entire team, an A+

Rufino didn’t go over anything with me after my vehicle was finished. He left me with my paperwork at the cashiers counter, and was more concerned about speaking with the cashier concerning paperwork he lost. When I asked what was done with my vehicle and if everything checked out ok, he said turn to the back page and it’s all there. This should be explained to me, and I shouldn’t be told to look at it and figure it out myself. I needed a new cabin filter which wasn’t even offered to me to be replaced, and also have no clue if my tire tread looked good, brakes, or if any of it was even checked. I have been going to Rock Honda since my first accord in 2013 and am completely disgusted with my visit. I more than likely won’t be returning with my vehicle.
