I am highly dissatisfied with my service at a Rock Honda. I went in because my AC was not working and was told I would get a call back once my car was ready that same day. No one called me back to inform me that the piece for my car wouldn’t be available until a week or up to a month. My Honda Civic is brand new and was purchased a year and a half ago and should not be having these problems this soon. Secondly the team didn’t want to issue me a loaner car for the time being. I have been using the loaner car for 2 days now and the team has not been responsive or communicative with the status of my car. Every time I call they can’t give me an answer on when my car will be ready or keep telling me I’ll receive a call back and nothing. I expect the General Manager to reach out and provide me with the appropriate service because I am highly discontent with this whole experience and will be contacting corporate.
