I was told by manager to never return to Rock Honda, gave me false information regarding what my warranty covers, and tried to make me pay 145$ for a free inspection of my car. I will NEVER return to Rock Honda, and neither will my family!

I felt really welcomed with Soemy when I first arrived. I explained my situation to her and she informed me about the expected wait time and if I needed to be shuttled home. I explained I couldn’t because I had to finish some work. She came to be before the expected wait time and explained what they found wrong with the car and explained how the warranty was covering it but I might have a deductible but she was going to double check. She knew I was working and I had to get back to the office and requested a rental car for me. I left to the office and she notified me with ample time that my vehicle was completed and I can pick it up anytime before 7. Her customer service is the reason my family and I return to Honda specifically Rock Honda where we purchased 3 new Honda’s in the past 4 years.

As we proceeded to the on ramp from the dealership I noticed the left tail light was out. While possible I feel it's highly unlikely the light was working just five minutes prior. At the same time, the very first item on the multi point inspection list shows a satisfactory grade for the taillights. Seeing that makes me question the thoroughness of the overall inspection.
