Price gouging. Crazy high labor prices. I’m very disappointed and will never return to Rock Honda. Neither will anyone else who will listen to me. I was charged $460 labor plus parts for about an hours worth of work. I was frustrated so I contacted a local shop and was advised they could do the labor portion for $100 and the parts were $100 cheaper. I’m very sad your dealership is so horrible with ripping off customers. Again I won’t be back nor will I ever by a car from Rock Honda.

Arif is the best serviceman ever. He took my call on a Sunday at closing told me to have my car towed to the dealer and he would jump on it first thing In the morning. He communicated with me first thing in the morning and that’s exactly what he did. Got my car diagnosed and fixed the next day. Couldn’t be more happier with the service I received. Greetings ROCK Honda staff, because the battery was disconnected at the time of service the ON-BOARD computer codes are erased. I didn’t notice until I arrived home only to realize my phone or other functions on the display screen would only read enter code. So I pulled out the owners use and care manual and began my search for the aforementioned code. If it is in the manual I could not find that exact display match. I called the repair department and I was told to locate the code in the glove box on a sticker? So what I’ll do is go back to the service department so they can get back to being able to use the functions again. Why was this not done at the dealer to begin with?
