The experience I had was bad, I felt Luis was rude and I did speak to Ruben, the Director about it when I picked up my vehicle. I have been a long time customer at Rock Honda and was very disappointed at how Luis treated me and handled my situation. He never kept in contact about my vehicle, I had to be the one calling to get a follow up. He constantly talked over me when I called while using a condescending tone which made the experience and customer service I received from him horrible. I feel like Rock Honda needs to do more customer service training with Luis. It is never acceptable to treat a customer this way! I hope this is taken seriously and that it is addressed so another customer does not have to go through what I did. The other thing that made it worst was calling and being placed on hold for over 15 minutes before Luis decided to pick up the call so I can get an update on my vehicle. This was awful!!!!!

I had an appointment today, Sunday, at 1:15pm for an oil change. I got there like at 1:05pm, I waited for about 30 minutes in the service drive way, during which one of the girls that pulls cars said appointments on Sunday didn’t really matter (I thought that was great????) and finally she told me I see u have a baby in the car if you want you can go inside and wait for the service writer in there. A service writer, Eddie, didn’t go up to me until 1:45pm to tell me my car is about to start getting worked on. I waited there. I didn’t get the keys to my car until 2:45pm. That’s ridiculous! with a 1:15 appointment! I do not ever want to go back to get my services at rock Honda and I’ve been coming here for over 10 years.
