Took far too long even via appointment. Vehicles that came after me left before mine even though I just came for an alignment. Failure to update me and bring my car out even after it was completed and waiting for finalizing paperwork resulting in a wait over an hour after the “completed” message was sent out. After the neglect several employees gave me, finally a worker outside was nice enough to notice the time I wasted waiting, asked for my number to check if it was completed and ready, and brought it out. Could be improved in almost every aspect.
