Every one was very nice. I've had so many negative experiences at a dealer's service department (diff mfr) that I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Rock Honda.

zoemy was excellent customer super sweet helpful and fast. poor girl was so sick. But her boss made her stay and to help and expose her customers. She was so sick, She stepped out the door to vomit in the trash can right outside the glass door, with me able to see her. And now I am so terrified of catching whatever virus she vomited. I paid for tire rotation but only side was rotated. Manager Eddie apologized and credited me but blamed zoemy instead of the service mechanic tech guys.
