The reason for me bringing in my car was not noted correctly. My air was completely out three times The service dept let my air run 2 hours without turning car on and off, no problems were found. Frinally they found it was the fan.I am not happy with my service and will be making a review on yelp. I kept being told that service had to duplicate the problem. I am not happy. I also drove home with my hood open as well.

Everything with the service of the car was great as well as the advisor. The only thing was when I got transferred to service the woman on the line who transferred me to my advisor was very rude, and blunt. It seemed like she hated her job. It’s been a few times since called service for a question or to bring my car in for a look. And she’s always answered with the most rudest attitude, makes the whole Honda experience not worth it. I know she’s answered me a few times because I recognize her voice. And every item it’s a rude “hello”. But overall the service department was nice, not so much their front desk or representative answering to transfer calls.
