I got my car a little scratch and Incomplete wash of the exterior part of the car I requested to speak with Manager But wasn’t available got answer I will get a call the next Day but unable to speak with any body yet . Need to improve Customer service

I spent 209.81 USD to changing one front braking pad, after using a $75 off coupon!!! After reviewing the bill, I could not believe the labor can be as high as 204 USD, only changing one front braking pad, and the pad is only 75 USD!!!
