Outstanding and very timely service. Your associate represented himself and Honda very well. My service appointment was at 7 am. I was on my way out of Honda upon completion in around 25 minutes. This matters, I am a resident of Perris California and specifically transit to Rock Honda around 40 miles away from me. My time is important to me and your delivery of timely service allowed me to return to work and take a small amount of time off instead of taking a half day. Thank you.

Look I am not happy at all I am very upset. When I bought the car I was promised 3 free oil changes. I never got them so on my first oil change I I paid for . I told you guys I would not come back because I do not like being lied to. Someone from rock Honda called me and apologized and said they will honor the free oil changes. So I agreed and came in today got my oil changed and tires rotated and they did not know what I was talking about so I had to pay $102.00 I was very upset with the whole situation.

We came in for change oil, multi point inspection and tire rotation/allignment and Estela assisted us right away. Was advised that there will be at least an hour wait and Mechanic kept that time which I really appreciate. Another service person (lady) came and said that service has been completed and car is in good shape. She took me to the cashier to pay.
There is one thing though I wish there was an attendant outside to assist us getting into our car. My Mom was in her walker and I was walking with my cane. I was surprised that there was nobody outside to make sure that we got into our car and that everything is okay. Hope this can get noted.
