Poor attention to detail.... denied that she was told our insurance was going to pay for repairs to my vehicle... she had multiple opportunities to own up to her mistake or lack of attention to detail. Not only did the insurance contact her but in multiple conversations she stated she knew it was going to be taken care of by the insurance. I am very disappointed with the service I was give. When I purchased my car I got the 60,000 mile oil change I was told by Kevin that it it showed my oil change plan expired but my car only has 15,000 miles So I nicely asked him why would it show that and if it would be okay next time and all I got was rude i don’t know i will talk to my manager like I was bugging him.
