He was a nice guy, I know you guys get busy and I totally understand. I really just went in for a recall notice for the airbag. There were some other things on the estimate that he didn’t explain. It was free so I thought eh! No big deal. Thank you for doing those extra things I think you might have done. The shuttle guy was nice too, not the best driver but super patient with my special needs son.

I appreciate the customer service I received from Sharif. I also appreciate the extras that were provided in getting the water spots off my car. However the basic cleaning wasn't done well even though the guys went back and cleaned a couple of interior spots my windows were streaky and not completely cleaned well. When you spend almost a $100 you just expect something a little more.

The splash guard came off my Honda. If there was a problem with the attachments when the service was done, why wasn't I made aware of it before it came off on the 60 fwy? How can Honda make this right?
