The only person I'm comfortable talking to is rufino I think his name is. I took my car in for maintenance I think this was my third time wing helped by him. He's genuinely nice and my other visits here have been complete ****! The couple times he's worked with me he makes me feel so comfortable and I really appreciate that.
I really dred coming here. Management ****. Bad experience buying this new car and bad experience with my old car I use to bring here.
I really appreciate you being on the customers level rufino, you made me feel comfortable and taken care of and all i went in for today was an oil change but you really make up for the bad experiences I've had here. Thank you so much. If you were there I don't think I'd go back. I'll drive the 20-30 miles to another location to avoid this place lol. Like seriously.

Kevin's service was fine the only problem I had was when I receive my car back someone a mechanic or whoever had oil on their hands dry and sticky oil on my leather steering wheel so I had to pull over and clean off my steering wheel that was the only thing that I didn't like. Other than that the service is always being great

We waited for over an hour to have a service rep. Talk to us about the service we needed. Arrived at noon , Thursday, 10-3-19.
The service girl kept telling us they would be with us “soon”.
Service rep was fine, but waiting an hour to get our car in was unacceptable.

First of all, it took several minutes for someone to greet us. Once our service guy had us go inside to process the paperwork, everyone’s energy was poor and I inviting. No one smiled or seemed willing to help. Even when I paid the cashier, she was blah. The workers seemed unhappy and made it uncomfortable.
