No need to contact me but I will never go back to your dealership. This will be my first and last time. I went today to have my tire installed since I got a flat tire and it needs to be replaced. After it was done and I started driving it, the steering wheel kept on turning slightly to the left. So, I called to ask why the steering wheel felt different compare to before. Luis said probably due to high winds and etc...He said that it is normal since it's a new tire that got installed. After work, I decided to go to my regular dealer which is Norm Reeves Honda because now there is a warning that says low tire pressure. After Rock Honda servicing my car, now this warning and my complain about mis'alignment happens. Good thing that the tech at Norm Reeves Honda was able to find the problem. The tech found out that Rock Honda put too much air on all of the tires which affected the alignment of my car. Normal air is 31 or 32.5 but Rock Honda put 41 on 3 tires and 41.5 on one tire! This is just unacceptable type of service to me. Obviously, Someone did not do their job right and for Luis to tell me it's the high winds that's causing the mis-alignment of the car? It is crap! My first service experience with Rock Honda definitely failed! It did not meet my expectation and the quality of work is questionable.

The agent is a good and excellent guy

My engine light came right back on and now my car is stuck in traction control mode and will not accelerate normally. Very disappointed. I just got this car from rock Honda less than a week ago.

Shafiq was great. Explained the process and what to expect. I would highly recommend him and the service department.

I had advised technician that the vehicle makes the rattling noise when being driven. I received my vehicle back in the same condition. And has to make another appointment to have a technician drive with me so I can show him what I am referring to. Inconvenience and having to go back and forth to the dealer
