Eddie did a fantastic job assisting me with my car service. Only issue was they missed to do my alignment but i must say he quickly rectified the problem. He had my car picked up from my job and within 1.5 it was right back. I did not have to cut my job hours TO takE it in. EDDIE WAS FANTASTIC AND FOR THAT REASON I WILL RETURN TO ROCK HONDA. ITS UNFORTUNATE THAT I HAD TO RATE THE DEALERSHIP NOT EDDIE WITH UNSATISFACTORY REVIEW. EDDIE MADE IT RIGHT. I DO HAVE TO ADD THAT THE TECH SHLD CHECK EVERYTHING BFRE MARKING VEHICLE COMPLETE. I HOPE THIS DOES NOT AFFECT EDDIE IN ANYWAY. SERVICE TECH IS AT FAULT IF YOU ASK ME. OH, AND LEAVING RUBEN A VM ABOUT THIS ISSUE ON SUNDAY AS OF YET I NEVER RECEIVED CALL BACK FROM HIM. I HAD TO CALL TO FOLLOW UP IS HOW I GOT EDDIE TO ASSIST ME. I REPEAT EDDIE WAS FANTASTIC!!!

It is now more of a nuisance to get in and out of my car as not only is the alarm messed up, but if I use the automatic door lock the alarm won't shut off! I simply asked to have the alarm disconnected and was told that wasn't possible!!

My car is a CRV 2018, when I went to service hondarecomend me transmitían service, I accept, but when I pick it up my car something happened , in the screen I read something about collision problem, they fix it but since that my car has a noise when I start the car put the reverse and turn the wheel to the left . I took the car 3 times to the dealer and they can’t fix itsorry for my English writing
