Soemy was very friendly, courteous and professional. She offered all that Honda recommended. I only accepted a portion of those offerings and she did not pressure me to go beyond what I could afford or felt comfortable purchasing. Thank you Soemy.
I was a bit taken later when I realized that my tire rotation was $29.95 instead of what I had paid on the previous two occasions: $19.95. Ten bucks more for the same service, or put differently: 33.3% more!

I wasn't satisfied due to the fact that they weren't able to fixed an alarm problem. They told me it was fixed told them to show me that it was fixed and it wasn't I had to wait for a half hour watching them trying to figure out what was wrong only to tell me to make another appointment.
