Andy Flores was fine he did his job. But this is the 3rd time I’ve taken my car to get serviced there and every time something goes wrong with the car. This is my first Honda and I know I’ve got it used so I’m not sure what’s normal satisfaction from this dealership and what’s not? But for only having a 2 1/2 star rating I can see now why it’s that low. I would like a manger to contact me so I can explain why I’m very disappointed with my purchase at Rock Honda and why I’ll never go back again!

I've only had the vehicle for 2 days and my windshield cracked and my tire pressure light came on. When I took my car in today to fix the windshield they fixed the crack and said the light was fixed but as soon as I left the location the light was still on. So I turned around went back and all they did was reset the light. Which i could have just done myself. And told me if the light turned back on more then likely i have a nail in my tire and could take it back. I will never take my car back there for anything or recommend anyone to purchase a vehicle there.

The customer service was great with Eddie but unfortunately when I drove tonight I heard a noise underneath the car. When I parked and looked the guard plate on the front of the car was disconnected and hanging low. I will need to come back tomorrow when honda is open to fix the car.

They’re charging me services I don’t need.. I know they explained to me the service I need, but I feel like they throw these services even if it’s still early to do it and they can’t even don’t know how to update the Bluetooth issues. I went to apple and said it should be the car issues and I went to Honda and said it’s my phone issues? How can it be if I can connect to my other car. I won’t recommend rock Honda and definely not coming back after my last service!!!! They’re the worst.
You should offer services what customer really need not adding extra service get more buck from the customer
