Mariano really takes pride in his work. There were issues with my car beyond what I expected, but he kept me informed of any changes and addressed all of my concerns. Mariano is the reason I have my cars serviced at Rock Honda.

Gary was a good listener. I told him about my last two experiences at Rock which were not good. I had not returned to Rock because of them. He was BERY helpful. I was very upset that I just purchased my car in July. This is the 2nd tome I’ve had to bring it back in. I’ve had my odyssey for 2 years and I’ve only bought it in for oil changes. So you can see my frustration with this car! He was very nice and apologetic! I was dissatisfied I waited for more than 3hrs
for nothing . You consumed my gas for test drive
and drained my battery caused me to purchased
a new battery and to top it all my car
was never repaired and the problem became more
worse . Instead the TPMS icon continuously
blinking I was told it will disappear soon
after driving a few miles and it did not stop
talked to technician why not refer it to his
Supervisor accordingly he was told that it
Takes time to find the problem. Since I checked
in at 2:33Pm and was only advise at about
5;33pm so I drove the car home not repaired and was
disappointed and was very tired and looks like
I was last person to go home.

Arif service was good. The only thing that I don’t understand, and I am pretty sure other customers too is that for you guys to check why is wrong with your engine light it cost $150, into the repair. I already spending over 150 for other things, but still you want to charge for the new repair, where some other places could check it for free.
