I didn’t get updates on what was being done to my vehicle until I called, leaving me uncertain what was being done and when the car would be repaired, It would of helped me make a decision if I needed to continue renting my loaner car or turn it in, being that I already spent money on a unnecessary repair, then I had to take on a car rental.
