I was told that my oil change would take about an hour. It took TWO hours and it wasn’t even that busy. I honestly think that the man who helped me completely forgot about me because he was talking to someone at his desk for almost an hour.
There’s no need to contact me as I won’t be coming back to this location. Not only because of the long wait, but the ridiculously high prices- Spreen Honda in redlands, the dealership I usually go to, charges $70 for an oil change (tire rotation included). $95 for a “discounted” oil change and rotation is ridiculous.
