My rear camera has been broken by opening and closing the truck and it is still under warranty but I have to pay 100.00 so that it can juggle loose and in a year, plus they did not reset the digital oil counter back to 100% after doing the oil change had to go back to have them do it

My car’s engine light came on just one week after I brought it in for maintenance. So I got charged twice on service fee. The inconvenience of having something as important like that being overlooked during maintenance, bringing the car twice and having to miss work, and getting charged twice for something that should have been detected during the initial diagnostic just left a bad taste in my mouth! On top of that, I asked the service rep for a simple sticker on the windshield that indicates the milage to remind me of the next service. Nothing was put on. Instead, there was a note on the work sheet/paper that states, “Next maintenance due when oil life reached 15%.” Seriously? How the hell should I know when the 15% of oil life is reached? I have two other cars from different manufacturers and both provide that sticker with the mileage of next service. It may seem petty and insignificant to you but it’s important to non-technical people like me. I swear, among the three companies that I have my cars serviced, Rock Honda is the only one that skimps on it. Toyota and Subaru puts the mileage on plain sight. But you? I got know when it’s fifteen freakin’ percent. Israel J
