We have brought both of our Honda vehicles there for service and each time they lookup our service agreement and then tell us we do not have one. We know we do so we push the point and they look again and find what they just said we do not have. Then we get that certain things are not covered until we push the issue. It just seems dishonest. The service providers we had were nice but seems like a issue trying to sell items already covered.
