After our 2018 Honda Accord Sport blew a head gasket with 29,000 miles this is how our experience went. This was the worst service experience we have ever had!!! No communication from Luis Serrano. First time I drove down to the dealer after the vehicle had already been there for a week with no communication from Luis Serrano about the status of our car. After getting there Luis proceeds to tell me oh, sorry I’ve been busy. I’m the customer how do you not notify me about what is happening with my car? Then he tells me that the motor blew a head gasket due to the coolant freezing in the engine. NOT POSSIBLE! Which he says we are taking care of the problem. Another week goes by with no communication from Luis Serrano. By this time I don’t even want to deal with him because obviously he doesn’t know what he’s talking about our care about his customers. So we talk to Kevin Colon who explains that the coolant crystalized in the engine causing the head gasket to fail. The head is being resurfaced but the block is good. Week 3 comes and the vehicle will be ready. We get a call from someone not sure if it was Luis, that the vehicle is ready. Come down to pick it up and find out the engine block also had to be changed. So between stories and information on the problem and the actual repair it’s been nothing but miss information and poor communication. Sad to say but we Have decided to never return to rock Honda and are contacting American Honda Corp. because we have had too many issues with our 2018 Honda Accord Sport and the vehicle is not reliable and very unsafe! My wife was getting on the freeway with no other vehicles around when the brake notification flashed on the dash and the vehicle abruptly slammed on the brakes while trying to get on the freeway which could have cause an accident if someone was behind her. The features that are suppose to make this vehicle safe are going to kill someone! Highly disappointed in Honda! We will no longer be purchasing Honda vehicle you have lost a customer and we will be letting everyone we know about our whole experience. Matthew B
