Overall it wasn't a negative experience it's just that when it came to pricing I felt like it wasn't informing me of everything that I need to be informed in terms of I found out on my own that I could call around to neighboring dealership and if they offer the Lord price for the same job you guys will honor that so that's what I did on the transmission service I Didn't Do It on the axle service but that's all it's only difference I would say need to be done they can inform the client that they could search around nearby dealerships for a lower rate in that they they would honor it I think it by telling people that they'll continue to go to you guys and get a good price so that's all
