I love the customer service that Eduardo Flores shares always helpful and ready to answer any questions I might have and seeks the best interest of the customer and is able to help out figuring options to get the service that my car needs that works best for me he is an amazing team player at rock Honda I will continue getting future service for my car there because I walk out happy getting the service that my car needs thank you Eddie!

The service provided by Jimmy **** was excellent, however having to wait 2 hrs in an extremely cold waiting room was not pleasant to say the least. It was only 87 degrees today, do you really need the AC that high? I had to go and wait outside standing in the sun to warm up and finally decided to stay outside sitting in the bench by the entrance. When I went inside again to pay I commented with the cashier about it and she told me she had to turn in a heater at her feet to keep her from freezing. I think you guys could save a little money and help the environment by lowering the AC on cooler days, please!!!!
