I took my vehicle in to be serviced at about 2pm in 05/4/20 and was told that it may have to be kept overnight, I was also told that my back tires were so worn that they needed immediate replacement indicated that I was ok with that but outlined some concerns I had and asked that I be contacted after a general diagnostic test was done so I could determine if I would like to include further work on the vehicle and replace the tires. At about 4pm the following day I called the agent who I interfaced with since did not hear from your company. He indicated that it was his day off and he would return my call after inquiring about my vehicle. Some time passed and I decided to visit the office myself where I was informed that I should return the following morning when that agent was working. I indicated my disappointment and unwillingness to do this and was then assisted by another agent. After paying my fees I received my vehicle and the corresponding paperwork with no explanation. I requested a verbal breakdown and was put in contact with a manager who attempted to go through the paper work with me but since he was not directly involved with my “case’ his explanation was limited. I left feeling very disappointed and determined not to return again

I asked to have my front brakes checked, but I wasn’t given any update regarding the status of the brakes. I was in the lobby for the duration of the service, and was disappointed that I wasn’t approached with that information. I understand the service area was short staffed and it was rather busy, but in the past, other members have been consistent at providing a quick update. I’m unsure whose responsible for addressing this, but when I arrived home and proceeded to lock my car, the horn did not sound on to confirm it had locked. After inspecting my doors to make sure they were completely shut, I checked around the trunk and hood, and saw that the hood of my car had not been properly shut. Once I closed it properly, the car horn sounded off to confirm the car was locked. I’ve had great experiences in the past, and I’ve left the service area feeling like all my concerns were addressed. But after these incidents, I have doubts about the thoroughness of the services that were provided.
