When I first made an appointment, I was told they couldn’t service my car. “Because they were too full”. How is it that any of my problem? I made a appointment online, simple as that. I had to drive back home and schedule a new one

Since I first purchased my car, I noticed my doors were severely scratched from the detail done to my car before I drove off the dealer because when I left the dealer it was dark and cold and didn’t notice it til a few days later.. Next, I was told I would be called for an appointment to have my car alarm installed and windows tinted, but no one ever called. I called a couple of times but no answer. Probably due to the pandemic. I don’t know. So I called again and finally got my appointment. I brought my car, the customer service was good. However when I got home I noticed my car had air bubbles in the back passenger windows on the driver’s (my back left) side. Another thing I noticed was a scratch and the water spots combined with the solution they use for window tinting. My car had an immense amount of dry chemical tinting and water spots combined dried on stuck on my new car. All over the back and side panels of my car. If we could attach pictures I would. I don’t think the owner or site manager would allow for his wife to have picked up her car as filthy, scratched and scuffed the way I did today. That was unacceptable. I paid a pretty penny and large amount of cash to that dealer directly. The least they could do is NOT scratch my car and leave it filthy, with air bubbles. They are lucky I didn’t go back and raise hell there! I’m clearly very dissatisfied. I think after paying what I did, I wouldn’t have had the experience I had today. :(

When I got there they told me that the light of the SRS was on so when I left the light is still on so that those that mean ?
